Pre-release
Support
Email support@outsidecontextsoftware.com. A short, specific message with the details below gets the fastest useful answer.
Try these first
- The ? in the app. Every tile has a help page that says what it does, what it changes and what to check if it fails. Errors also have a What does this mean? button.
- The guide. When something goes wrong lists the common errors and what they usually mean.
- Permissions. A permission-denied error usually means the app is missing a Graph permission or an Entra role. Check Permissions in the app shows which.
What to send
- The Error ID shown with the problem, such as
E-3FA9C2. It points to the full detail in the log on your PC. - A support bundle. In the app go to Settings > Connections > Export support bundle. It packs the recent logs and version details into one zip, with passwords, tokens and secrets removed. Tick Hide email addresses to swap addresses for codes.
- What you were doing and what you expected to happen.
Please do not send passwords, client secrets or certificate files. We never need them.
What we do with it
We read your message and the bundle to find the cause. We answer by email on a reasonable-efforts basis and do not guarantee response times, as the terms say. Support details for paid licenses will be posted with the pricing before launch.
